The Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG) of the Department of Trade and Industry – Rizal Provincial Office (DTI-Rizal) through Negosyo Center Rodriguez successfully identified thirty-five (35) beneficiaries in Montalban, Rizal.

One of the identified and qualified beneficiaries is Ms. Aurora De Guzman of John Patrick School Supplies of Barangay Rosario, Montalban, Rizal, over 15 years’ operating near a public school. Due to the pandemic happened since 2020, she forces herself to close her business and regain open when restrictions in community quarantine are lessened.

Last August 16, 2022, Ms. De Guzman has been awarded the school supplies livelihood kit worth P10,000.00 in DTI-Rizal Provincial Office, Antipolo City. She has been thankful for the assistance that has been given to her, as she wrote: “Nagpapasalamat po ako sa programa ng DTI (Province of Rizal) Pangkabuhayan sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (DTI PPG) sa ipinagkaloob na livelihood assistance halangang ten thousand pesos school materials, dagdag puhunan sa tindahan. Malaking tulong sa panibagong pasimula ng hanap-buhay pagkaraan ng 2 taong pagsarado ng aming hanapbuhay sanhi ng COVID-19 pandemic.”

Now, Ms. De Guzman, fully operating her business as the school reopens and starts the face-to-face classes in public schools.
