Luisiana, Laguna — During this pandemic times where most of the businesses are struggling to cope up with the Government’s economic, health and safety policies, the Department of Trade and Industry – Laguna Provincial Office (DTI-Laguna) through its Negosyo Centers continues to provide assistance to micro-entrepreneurs to enhance and equip them through various online platforms.

DTI-Laguna Negosyo Center Luisiana conducted a webinar on photography essentials for online businesses via Zoom last August 18, 2020 (Tuesday). This activity was able to reach out to micro-entrepreneurs although there had been issues encountered with Internet connectivity during the conduct of the event.

Mr. Joel O. Cabañas, a local photographer from Luisiana, served as the Resource Person and shared his knowledge on basic photography techniques. He started with the brief introduction of the evolution of camera followed by basic photography concepts including shutter, ISO, and aperture. The webinar was attended by potential and existing micro-entrepreneurs and was deemed interactive as participants asked questions regarding the topic.

The Negosyo Center Business Counsellor ended the webinar by inviting the participants to also attend other series of webinars organized and facilitated by DTI-Laguna.
