The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 6 Integrated MSME Management Information System, or otherwise called IMMIS, was launched 7 February 2022 for its second phase of software testing – Beta test towards the region-wide implementation of the said system. It aims to develop a regional integrated and comprehensive database management system that will effectively provide directions and solutions to manage various information of MSMEs in the region.

IMMIS will also aid in the institutionalization of databases for the developmental activities of the agency. The system is already accessible to Business Counselors at the agency’s Negosyo Centers, who along with the Employees, will input preliminary information of MSMEs in the region. As part of the future system enhancements, MSMEs will also be given access to update and/or maintain their business information in the system.
