Mr. Ramil Garcia of the Administrative and Finance Management Division (AFMD) DTI-2 sets the tone and facilitates the Levelling of Expectations during the Orientation of New Employees last    28 December 2018.

 

On the last working day of the year, eight new employees of the Department of Trade and Industry Region 2 (DTI-2) participated in the Orientation for New Employees on 28 December 2018 at the Negosyo Center Conference Hall of this office.

The activity, organized and facilitated by the Human Resource Management Unit of the Administrative and Finance Management Division, was meant to help DTI’s new employees adapt faster to the organization and their respective jobs as well as to make them aware of the general policies and procedures including the rules and regulations governing government personnel.  The Orientation Program included topics on DTI’s history, Programs, Projects and Services and General Policies and Procedures.

Resource speakers were tapped from among the senior staff of the Regional Office.

The eight new employees attending the Orientation are: Mr. Jerard R. Que, Nerissa Mariz D. Andres, Cyrus I. Restauro, Anthony M. Gauan, Jenny B. Diaz, Mark C. Ponce, Caroline Mae G. Areola, and, Leonardo A. De Guzman III.♦
