Business Horizon: 2024 and Beyond” event held at Cafetalista, Unit 1, The Junction Strip Mall, Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna

BIÑAN CITY, LAGUNA — The Laguna Provincial Office of the Department of Trade and Industry, headed by its Provincial Director Christian Ted Tungohan, participated and attended the “Business Horizon: 2024 and Beyond” event held at Cafetalista, Unit 1, The Junction Strip Mall, Carmelray Industrial Park 1, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, on February 1, 2024.

The Calamba Business Chamber hosted the said dialogue as an exclusive event with six business organizations, which is a good opportunity for networking and collaboration.

Also present at the event were representatives from the office of Cong. Joey Salceda, representatives from the City Government of Calamba, various business leaders in Calamba City, and Prof. Ronilo Balbieran, who had a brief discussion on the current Philippine economic outlook and the new economic regulatory environment.

The fundamental objective of this event was to build and promote stronger bonds among the business leaders in Calamba City, such as the Laguna Chamber of Commerce Inc., the Calamba Business Chamber, and the Rotary Club of Calamba and Carmelray Industrial Park Assoc. Inc. Activities like these are essential for promoting cooperation among members of the private and business sectors, local government units, and national agencies by actively working toward the growth and development of our local economy (RFAGarcia, DTI-Laguna). ♦
