BAY, LAGUNA — Negosyo Centers are being recognized to hone the potential and existing entrepreneurs in enabling business. Their primary services are business registration, business advisory services, and business information and advocacy. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through Negosyo Centers, also collaborates with non-government organizations, local government units, academes and other concerned agencies to further extend the programs and services, develop ease of doing business, and facilitate growth for the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

One of the DTI continuous learning programs designed for the development of MSMEs is the Small and Medium Enterprises Roving Academy (SMERA). This program helps MSMEs gain knowledge to become more competitive in domestic and international markets.
