The Department of Trade and Industry Region 6 will hold its annual marketing event, entitled Panubli-on 2022, a regional trade fair of Western Visayas, with the theme “Advancing Innovations”.  Conducted since 2003, Panubli-on has evolved to become a byword of quality, craftsmanship and innovation.  The fair will depict the rich culture of the region and will be mounted at SM City Iloilo – Activity Center on 16-20 November 2022.

“Panubli-on” is an Ilonggo word which means ‘heritage’ that describes the product showcase we will feature during the fair. We will highlight the industries we are proud of such as hablon, piña, macramé weaving and other artisanal homegrown crafts using indigenous raw materials.  Also, taste our yummy delicacies and processed food. Around 120 MSMEs will be featured with new prototypes to highlight the initiatives of DTI 6 on product development for the six provinces of the region under the OTOP Next Gen Program.

For this year, we will mount up pavilions which will feature the innovations of the following industry clusters: bamboo, cacao, processed food and high value coconut products; and the products developed under the special programs implemented in the region: Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP), Ubra PWD and the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP).
