Your Excellency, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., business leaders, colleagues from the government, esteemed guests, ladies and gentlemen; good Morning once again!

I am pleased to share with you all, the culmination of our collaborative efforts to generate investment leads from Australia to the Philippines in the run-up to this business forum. We are presenting 14 business agreements that have been signed and these agreements are poised to drive our investment relationships and contribute to Philippine economic growth.

The total value of Australian investments into the Philippines that will be presented today is USD1.53 billion.

These agreements signify our unwavering commitment to excellence and fruitful partnerships spanning diverse sectors such as renewable energy, waste-to-energy technology, organic recycling technology, countryside housing initiatives, the establishment of data centers, manufacturing of health technology solutions, and digital health services.

These sectors are indicative of future Philippines-Australia business engagements. They serve as tangible outcomes of investment promotion and will anchor ongoing and future Philippines-Australia business engagements. They will also provide a solid foundation for sustained growth and mutually beneficial partnerships in the years ahead.

I deeply extend my gratitude to the companies and industry leaders who put substantial effort into negotiating and diligently crafting these agreements. Your dedication has yielded strategic alliances, charting a new course for our collective future.

Let us uphold the spirit of collaboration and seize the opportunities that lie ahead. I look forward to the successful implementation and fruition of these projects.
