ANGONO, RIZAL — DTI-Rizal through Negosyo Center Angono Business Counselor Roselle Galcing conducted an entrepreneurship seminar with the topic: Start your own business (SYOB) to the farmer beneficiaries of the Kabalikat sa Kabuhayan (KSK) on a sustainable agriculture program. The seminar was part of the weekly training sessions of KSK program organized by SM Foundation, Inc.

This was held at the multi-purpose hall of Medalva Hills Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, Angono, Rizal and was attended by 10 selected beneficiaries of the program.

Ms. Galcing discussed the advantages and disadvantages of owning a business, business ideas, types of business organization and where to register the business.

KSK is a program of SM Foundation in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Tourism, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Local Government Unit, Partner School – MoCa Family Farm RLearning Center, Inc., SM Markets, and SM Supermalls which aims to provide the participants the training they needed to become successful farmer-entrepreneurs. ♦
