The Philippine Accreditation Bureau (PAB) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) awarded Monde Nissin Corporation Quality Assurance Laboratory the Certificate of Accreditation for its successful compliance to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in the field of biological testing. The awarding ceremony was held on September 25, 2023 at Monde Nissin, Sta. Rosa, Laguna Plant.

ISO/IEC 17025 outlines the general requirements for laboratory competence, impartiality, and consistency. It benefits any organization that undertakes testing, sampling, or calibration and requires consistent results. This applies to all types of laboratories, whether owned and operated by the government, industry, or any other group.

The DTI-PAB accreditation process involved a comprehensive assessment and review of the Monde Nissin’s QA laboratory facilities, equipment, personnel competence, documentation practices based on international standards, and adherence to industry best practices. Hence, this achievement demonstrates the organization’s commitment to providing high-quality food products by ensuring reliable in-house analysis, confirming its position as a trusted partner in the food industry.
