NORTHERN MINDANAO – Six micro, small, and medium enterprises assisted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 10 proudly bring a taste of their locality to the national stage in the National Food Fair 2023.

Bencals Food Products, Cristy Pasalubong Food Products, Greenminds Inc., Mama Nene’s Homemade Delight, Oroquieta City Agriculture Cooperative, and Sabroso Chocolate Manufacturing showcase the unique flavors and features of their products in one of the country’s famous trade shows.

With the theme, “Go Discover, Taste, Enjoy!”, the National Food Fair 2023 features a wide selection of cooked and processed food, fresh produce and agricultural products, wines and beverages, and many others, from the country’s 16 regions.

It offers mallgoers, food enthusiasts, and local product supporters with an experience of fusion of science and tradition in bringing innovation into the Philippine food industry.

Aside from the array of products, the trade fair is made more exciting with different daily program of activities including entrepreneurships talks, live cooking demonstrations, wine-mixing tutorials, and the first National Processed Fruits and Nuts (PFN) Trail Mix Competition, which is also being hosted by DTI Region 10.

The National Food Fair is held at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, July 12-16, 2023. ♦
