NORTHERN MINDANAO – Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 10’s Diskwento Caravan on October 4-6, 2023 generated P568,491.73 in sales, benefiting 4,349 consumers.

The three-day Diskwento Caravan in City Hall Mini Park, Cagayan de Oro City sold basic goods, school supplies, and other household items at affordable or discounted prices from 22 exhibitor-sellers.

Diskwento Caravan is an initiative of DTI in partnership with manufacturers and distributors of basic necessities and prime commodities. It aims to provide quality products to consumers at reasonable prices.

The recently concluded caravan was organized in celebration of Consumer Welfare Month 2023 in October.♦
