VICTORIA, LAGUNA – The Laguna Provincial Office of the Department of Trade and Industry, represented by its Provincial Director Christian Ted Tungohan, joins the City Government of San Pablo in celebrating its 29th Coco Festival 2024 with the theme, “Saya’t Sigla ay Panalo sa Fiesta ng Coco! Kulturang San Pableño Ibandera ng Todo!”.

In his message of support during the opening of the festival on 09 January 2024, Tungohan congratulated the City for hosting the event. He assured a continuous collaboration between the two government entities in protecting the consumers of San Pablo and empowering businesses and entrepreneurs, specially the coconut stakeholders, through different programs and projects including the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Program.

The 29th Coco Festival 2024 is sponsored by San Pablo City Mayor Vicente Amante in partnership with the Office of Congressman Loreto Amante, San Pablo City Vice Mayor Justin Colago and City Counsellors, City Administrator Larry Amante, City Tourism Officer Ma. Donnalyn Briñas, Concurrent City Agriculturist Arthur Almario, and City Cooperative Officer Concepcion Biglete.

Aside from the Coco Trade Fair 2024 at the Library Hub, City Plaza that runs from January 09 to 15, 2024, other activities at the 29th Coco Festival 2024 include coco cook fest contest, coco spoken poetry contest, coco art painting contest, coco bonsai contest, and coco photo fest contest.
