The Department of Trade and Industry – Philippine Accreditation Bureau (DTI-PAB) took center stage at the 59th Philippine Association of Medical Technologists (PAMET) Convention held at the Manila Hotel on December 6, 2023. Mr. Marlon A. Macadamia, the Supervising Trade Industry Development Specialist at DTI-PAB, delivered an insightful presentation on the pivotal role of ISO 15189 accreditation in advancing patient care standards, and emphasizes the importance of connecting competence and collaboration within the realm of medical technology.
