The Office of the President’s Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) recognizes the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) as one of the government agencies that demonstrated exemplary performance based on the results of the administered Report Card Survey initiated by ARTA in coordination with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0 is a scorecard of government agencies that measures their effective implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and their efficiency of government service delivery.

Fifteen (15) out of the 48 agencies managed to obtain an RCS score of 85% or above, making them eligible to receive the ARTA award. DTI ranks second among the national government agencies who bag the ARTA RCS Silver Award for achieving a very satisfactory rating with 90.81 % RCS score during the recently concluded RCS 2.0 pilot implementation.

Usec. Bles Lantayona of DTI Regional Operations Group received the plaque of recognition and check on behalf of DTI Secretary Fred Pascual.

“Isang malaking karangalan ang pagkilalang ito sa aming Kagawaran at dahil dito, makakaasa po kayo na lalo naming paiigtingin at paghuhusayan ang aming Serbisyong Higit Pa Sa Inaasahan,” said Usec. Lantayona.  *
