CALAUAG, QUEZON – In a bid to improve the ease of doing business and simplify the process of business application, renewal, and other transactions, the DTI Quezon Provincial Office, through its Negosyo Center Calauag, continues to facilitate the processing of business name registration at the Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) in support of the ease of doing business following the implementation of Republic Act (RA) No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business Law.

BOSS is an annual activity organized by LGUs in partnership with the different national government agencies (NGAs) to improve the ease of doing business and streamline the process of business applications and registrations.

Business Counselor Calauag Ma. Isabel C. Hirang facilitated the Business Name Registration (BNR), Renewal of Business Name Registration, and BMBE registrations, which are the primary frontline services of the Department of Trade and Industry that aim to maintain a nationwide registry of business names, mainly sole proprietorships. ♦
