PAGBILAO, QUEZON — The Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) of Pagbilao, Quezon, launched on January 3, 2023, for the convenience of business owners in acquiring new registration or renewal of their business permits and other clearances. It was held at the Municipal Covered Court in Pagbilao, Quezon, to accommodate a large number of applicants. The representatives of the Office of the Municipal Mayor, the Business Permit Licensing Office, the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, the Municipal Engineering Office, and the Bureau of Fire Protection have gathered in one place to promote the ease of doing business.

Meanwhile, the Negosyo Center Pagbilao is located at the Sentrong Pangkabuhayan Building, directly across from the Pagbilao Municipal Covered Court, to support the BOSS and provide services to the general public. Marijoyce Layesa, Business Counselor of Negosyo Center Pagbilao, facilitated the Business Name registration for New and Renewal, as it is one of the requirements for obtaining a Business Permit. She also promotes DTI programs such as the Barangay Micro Business Enterprise (BMBE) and the Rise Up Loan for Small Business Corporation.

The Local Government Unit of Pagbilao organized the aforementioned activity to assist MSMEs in applying for business permits and for the efficient delivery of government services. ♦
